Order Processing Time – Originals or Licensed Designs:

We hustle like caffeinated squirrels to get your order ready. Most orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays when we're off eating cookies). If you've ordered during a crazy sale rush, it might take up to 5 days—we'll shoot you an email if that's the case. Pro tip: Order early to avoid the "where's my stuff?" dance.

Order Fulfillment Time – Personalized Covers or Business Wholesale Designs:

Once your order is placed, we’ll get to work right away! You’ll receive an initial digital proof within 2-3 days of your order. All revisions will need to be completed with a final design approved by the "design closeout date" to ensure on time delivery of your custom covers. You can find the design close out date and planned delivery date on the Business Wholesale or Personalized Covers page. After that, we’ll handle the manufacturing, in-house quality checks, and packaging with care. Quality takes a little time—but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Methods & Carriers:

We team up with reliable pals like USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Common options include:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 days
Expedited Shipping: 2 days
Overnight: 1 days

Shipping Rates:

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Flat rates start at $4.99 for smaller orders.

Estimated Delivery Times:

These are estimates, not guarantees. (Business days only, no weekends or holidays).

Tracking:

You’ll receive an email containing the tracking information once the shipping label is created. Lost in transit? Contact us—we'll play detective.
