Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All product states and levels of use are covered under NautiCovers’ 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the item is returned within the return window. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days of receiving the item will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@nauticovers.com and attach a receipt or proof of purchase to the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- No restocking fees are charged.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Any discounts, promotions, and applicable taxes paid by the customer will be refunded.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@nauticovers.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Stickers
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be sent back within the 14-day period. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. To initiate a return follow the process outlined above in the “Returns” section.
